Sales & Business Development Executive – Showroom & Projects

About the role

Chughtaiz, a Kohler distributor, is expanding its sales team in Karachi and Lahore with full-time, on-site positions covering showroom sales and project sales. Each city has 1-2 openings, including one dedicated Kohler Sales Specialist. The base salary is PKR 80,000-100,000 per month, with high commissions and performance incentives that can bring total earnings to 2-3 times the base.

Key responsibilities

• Guide showroom customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and corporate buyers.
• Identify project opportunities and arrange client meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and coordinate product availability, orders and delivery.
• Work with the Brand & Growth Lead to convert marketing enquiries into sales.
• Achieve agreed targets and deliver a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may be considered for Management Trainee roles.
• Experience in kitchens, interiors, sanitaryware, furniture or building materials is an advantage.
• Comfortable with showroom sales and external client visits.
• Kohler specialists will own Kohler enquiries and sales in their city and work with architects and designers to secure Kohler specifications for projects; experience in premium sanitaryware or bathroom solutions is a strong advantage.
