Sales Closer / Client Partner

About the role

The Plum Tree Group is seeking a self‑driven Sales Closer / Client Partner to join its dynamic sales team. In this position you will convert qualified opportunities into clients, manage follow‑ups, support sales conversations, and coordinate proposals to move deals through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to advance new opportunities and support deal closing.
• Join sales appointments, capture client needs, and identify next steps.
• Collect, organize, and update appointment data for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate meeting notes, recordings, follow‑up actions, and lead information in the CRM.
• Prepare and send collateral, proposals, and statements of work to leads.
• Define closing strategies with stakeholders for each qualified lead.
• Schedule and coordinate follow‑up calls to keep momentum.
• Track all sales activities, updates, and deal progress in the CRM.
• Support client onboarding after a deal is closed to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Communicate clearly with prospects and internal teams to keep deals moving forward.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or service‑based sales targeting the USA market.
• Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Closer, Account Executive, Client Partner, or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to organize sales information accurately.
• Ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level executives.
