Sales Closer

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Closer to join Move It Cargo’s Dubai‑based team while operating from our Lahore office. You will turn inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings, supporting our moving, packing and storage services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Dubai via calls, WhatsApp, website forms and social media.
• Conduct outbound follow‑ups on warm leads and pending quotations.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate moving, packing or storage solutions.
• Present pricing, explain service inclusions and negotiate where required.
• Convert leads into bookings and meet monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and job allocation with the Dubai operations team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status.
• Manage storage clients with monthly follow‑ups, renewal reminders and invoice processing.
• Provide daily/weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
• Uphold high customer satisfaction and the company’s professional brand image.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• At least 2 years of inbound sales or sales‑closing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Based in Lahore, Johar Town, willing to work the morning shift.
