About the role
Join BALITECH’s fast‑growing sales team as a Sales Closer, working the US shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM on‑site in Islamabad. You will turn conversations into conversions and help drive the company’s international campaigns.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Sales‑oriented mindset with confidence and professionalism
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated
- Previous BPO, sales or closing experience is a plus; fresh talent with strong communication is also welcome
