Sales Closer

About the role

The Sales Closer role at Tracksion is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. You will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, convert warm leads into long‑term clients and ensure smooth deal progression.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored pitches.
• Handle negotiations, escrow and contract processes to close deals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align solutions with client needs.
• Provide responsive customer service and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Contribute to improving sales processes and feedback loops.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical solutions.
• Proven experience in sales closings, preferably in technology services or B2B software.
• Background in customer service and client relationship management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and strong negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting and structured pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
