About the role

The Sales Closer at WORK is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for managing the final stages of the sales cycle, engaging prospective clients, handling objections, and securing signed agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings with prospects to move deals to closure.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of deals in progress and update the sales pipeline.
• Work with escrow or comparable transactional processes, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated.
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in closing deals within a sales or business‑development environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, financial services or related fields is an advantage.
