Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to join our sales department in Karachi. The role involves preparing invoices and quotations, handling customer communications, and supporting the sales team in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and quotations
• Handle professional email correspondence with customers and clients
• Communicate with customers regarding quotations, orders, invoices, and follow‑ups
• Follow up with customers for pending quotations and orders
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales‑related documents
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information
• Support the sales team in day‑to‑day sales activities
• Perform other sales‑related tasks as assigned

Required profile

• B.Com / BBA or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer dealing, or sales support (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Proficiency in MS Excel
