Sales Development Executive - Japanese Automobile (Day/Night Shift)

About the role

rex D, a BPO and contact centre provider serving industries such as financial, supply-chain, telecommunications, IT, e-commerce and automobiles, is hiring a full-time on-site Business Development Executive for its Japanese automobile sales unit in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The position involves day and night shifts and offers uncapped incentives paid in foreign currency.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers
• Manage customer inquiries and sales through different channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Prepare sales reports
• Work to meet sales targets

Required profile

• Minimum graduation (or currently enrolled)
• Customer service and sales experience
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Previous automotive or sales experience is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Japanese automobiles is a plus
