Sales Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Systems Limited is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to turn marketing qualified leads into high‑quality sales qualified leads. You will work remotely with prospects via phone, video, chat and email, and hand over warm leads to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through outbound prospecting (cold‑calls, email, social) and follow‑up on Marketing Qualified Leads.
• Qualify prospects against SQL criteria and identify product opportunities based on customer pain points.
• Present the value proposition via virtual demos, video conferences, online chat and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM, schedule follow‑ups and hand off warm leads to field Account Executives.
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly KPI targets and support AEs in achieving sales quotas.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product information, track customer insights and contribute to regional territory planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective delivery of value to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Fluent French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Experience in the medical‑technology sector and prior SDR/BDM/inside‑sales experience preferred.
• Strong professional sales skills, resilience, coachability and consistent performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital sales channels and remote‑selling tools.
• Experience using a CRM system; knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud or similar is a plus.
