Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote staffing team. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help companies find the right remote talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect founders, COOs, Heads of Talent, and hiring managers who need remote staff.
• Run the complete sales process independently: outreach, appointment setting, discovery calls, proposals, follow‑ups, and closing.
• Understand client hiring needs deeply and position our staffing solutions as the best fit.
• Maintain and update your pipeline, leads, and deal stages using CRM tools.
• Build long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
• Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth handoff after a deal is closed.
• Provide client feedback to improve positioning, pricing, and service offerings.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑cycle sales experience at a remote staffing or talent placement agency.
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals with senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Strong objection handling and consultative selling abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Experience using outreach platforms like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
