Sales Development Representative

About the role

KnowledgeCity is seeking an organized and results‑driven Sales Development Representative to fuel outbound sales efforts and grow the sales pipeline. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high‑quality B2B leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Make 60–70 cold calls per day to decision‑makers.
• Send 50–60 personalized outreach emails daily.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to locate and engage target prospects.
• Craft personalized outreach messages aligned with buyer personas.
• Maintain lead data and activity logs in the CRM.
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for sales colleagues.
• Meet daily KPIs for call volume, email volume, and meetings booked.
• Conduct account‑level and industry research to refine targeting.
• Keep a clean, organized pipeline of prospects and active conversations.
• Manage automated conversations initiated via Claude and LinkedIn and share outreach progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of outbound B2B business development experience.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Comfortable with high‑volume cold calling and confident speaking with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong written communication with emphasis on clarity and personalization.
