Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will turn Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by researching prospects, uncovering business needs, and setting up sales‑ready meetings for Account Executives. This role focuses on high‑quality lead generation and pipeline optimisation within the IT services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research assigned MQLs to gather insights on business model, company size, challenges and key decision‑makers.
• Generate sales‑ready meetings for Account Executives and assess lead fit for tkxel’s services.
• Manage complex leads that require deeper product understanding.
• Analyse pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and maintain accurate lead status in the CRM.
• Identify new prospects via LinkedIn, CRM tools, cold calls and cold emails; follow up to keep leads engaged.
• Create reports on conversion rates, outreach effectiveness and other key metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in IT services or IT product sales.
• Willingness to work the shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
• Female candidates may work from home after 10 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
