Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to become the engine of our sales pipeline. You will identify potential customers, start meaningful conversations, and qualify opportunities for our senior sales team, all while working remotely as an independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to find and engage potential clients.
• Manage high‑volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs and matching them with our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and lead statuses in the tracking system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage a busy daily schedule.
• Competitive spirit with a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse personalities over the phone.
