Sales Development Representative

About the role

Flipdish is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Sales Development team. You will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for Account Executives, helping to grow the pipeline and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound outreach via calls, email and other channels.
• Engage decision‑makers, uncover pain points and qualify prospects.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps partners.
• Handle objections using a consultative approach and iterate based on coaching.
• Contribute to pipeline and revenue targets while raising constructive challenges.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development or similar customer‑facing commercial roles.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in outbound conversations and objection handling.
• Ability to think independently and adapt during live calls.
• Coachability and a willingness to learn.
• High ownership and comfort in target‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with decision‑makers.
