Sales Development Representative

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to own the top of the sales funnel for its portfolio of lifestyle brands. You will identify, engage, and qualify new wholesale and B2B partners, setting the stage for the account management team to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted lists of potential wholesale and B2B partners.
• Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria before handoff.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the account management team.
• Follow structured call flows and discovery guides, contributing to their continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Support trade‑show and event lead generation, including follow‑up.
• Report regularly on outreach activity and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or a similar prospecting role (retail or consumer‑goods experience a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to handle rejection while maintaining activity volume.
• Highly organized with solid follow‑through on lead tracking and reporting.
• Team player eager to grow within a fast‑moving company.
