Sales Development Representative

About the role

Real Leads Today is looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to join its hybrid team in Rawalpindi. You will engage prospective real‑estate clients through calls, messages and online outreach to generate interest in the company’s seller‑lead service.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, present the value proposition and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM tools, follow structured outreach sequences and meet weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, share market feedback and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales experience with proven lead‑generation and business‑development abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset, able to work toward activity and revenue targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems to manage leads and activities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and messaging tools such as WhatsApp.
