Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will prospect into fleet‑dependent businesses across the United States, connect with senior decision‑makers, uncover operational and financial pain points, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. This remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach for a SaaS platform that consolidates fleet data into an AI‑powered operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through high‑volume cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers within target B2B accounts and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM and follow up consistently with inbound leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach personalization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the US market, preferably B2B.
• Proven success in high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting with a track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, coachability, and the ability to handle objections.
• Self‑starter mindset with a competitive drive to win in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
