Sales Development Representative – Night Shift (Islamabad)

About the role

BPO Impact is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to support a US‑based B2B construction services campaign. The role involves outbound cold‑calling US businesses during night shift hours from Islamabad, aiming to generate qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based decision‑makers in construction, real‑estate and related sectors.
• Introduce BPO Impact’s services professionally and engage prospects.
• Qualify leads, handle objections, and book qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and follow up as needed.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Confidence handling rejection and objections.
• Target‑oriented, motivated and consistent work ethic.
• Willingness to work US business hours on‑site in Islamabad.
