Sales Development Representative – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

Podium is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join our Lahore office. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, helping them understand how our AI‑driven solutions can turn conversations into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales‑ready opportunities.
• Evangelize the Podium story and align our solutions with prospect business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and technology to serve as a trusted resource.
• Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
• Capture and maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Based in Lahore and able to work on‑site.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4‑year degree preferred in Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of B2B technical sales or comparable sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments.
