Sales Development Representative – Onsite, Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our on‑site team in Islamabad. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying B2B leads, driving outbound outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B leads based on defined ideal customer profiles.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Qualify leads and assess fit before handing them to Account Executives.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline hygiene.
• Test and refine outreach messaging to improve response rates.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Stay updated on target industries and competitor positioning.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally.
• Disciplined, consistent and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt messaging strategies.
