Sales Development Representative – Remote (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to join Smart Haul Dispatch remotely from Lahore. You will help grow our client base by identifying, qualifying and engaging trucking professionals who can benefit from our dispatch services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through calls, emails and online channels.
• Present Smart Haul Dispatch’s services and schedule discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with senior sales and business development team to support closing deals.
• Build relationships with owners‑operators and small trucking businesses, understanding their needs and communicating how our solutions improve load quality, rates and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in logistics, transportation or related services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment in Lahore.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking.
