Sales Development Representative – Remote (US Eastern Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing healthcare technology company. You will run high‑volume outbound outreach, booking discovery calls with directors of nursing, administrators and other decision‑makers across the United States. This remote role operates on U.S. Eastern Time and offers a structured environment with coaching and performance support.

Key responsibilities

• Make 130‑150+ outbound calls daily to healthcare decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or demo meetings based on internal criteria.
• Follow approved call scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Manage follow‑ups, nurture interested prospects, and maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, call strategies and conversion rates.
• Participate in role‑plays, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Provide prospect feedback and market insights to improve outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SDR or high‑volume outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to sustain 130‑150+ calls per day while maintaining quality.
• Excellent verbal and written English with minimal accent.
• Comfortable working full‑time on U.S. Eastern Time hours.
• Strong resilience, consistency and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM platform).
• Dialpad or other cloud‑based calling platforms.
• Experience with AI‑powered sales or lead‑enrichment tools (if applicable).
