Sales Development Representative (SaaS)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will be the engine that fuels our sales pipeline. Working with RepairDesk’s SaaS platform, you will turn raw outbound leads into qualified meetings for our Account Executives, using a modern tech stack and AI‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑touch, multi‑channel outreach via personalized email sequences, cold calling, and social selling on platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects using frameworks like MEDDIC.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain 100% accurate records of activities and prospect insights in Zoho CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to automate pre‑call research and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging based on prospect feedback.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage 150‑200 prospects daily while maintaining quality conversations.
• Resilience and grit to handle rejection and sustain high activity levels.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• 2‑5 years of experience in sales development or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
