Sales Development Representative – SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our SaaS sales team. In this remote position you will generate pipeline, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Engage decision‑makers and key stakeholders to uncover business challenges.
• Ask thoughtful discovery questions and qualify prospects against established criteria.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and consistently exceed activity targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the pipeline up to date.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in SaaS sales.
• Proven track record selling SaaS products or services.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Comfortable handling objections and navigating gatekeepers.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Highly coachable and motivated by targets and competition.

Required skills

• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools.
