Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Liquid Technologies is a technology company offering AI, software development, data engineering, DevOps, product design and digital transformation solutions. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Sales department, you will generate and qualify new business opportunities for clients, focusing on cold calling, follow-up and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150-200 outbound calls daily using dialer software
• Follow a minimum 14-touch cadence per prospect (7 calls + 7 emails) unless the prospect opts out
• Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day for Account Executives
• Introduce the company and its services clearly and confidently
• Qualify leads against specific criteria before booking meetings
• Handle objections professionally and answer basic questions about the offering
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and previously contacted prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls, emails and outcomes in the CRM
• Respect all opt-out and do-not-contact requests

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience as an SDR, appointment setter or cold caller in B2B outbound sales
• Verifiable track record of appointment-setting results
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Excellent spoken English and confident communication
• Familiarity with sales funnels and appointment-setting tools
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural, strong listening skills and patience
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data entry; reliable internet and quiet workspace
