Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote, US Market

About the role

We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a SaaS company targeting the US market. This full‑time, remote position focuses on outbound prospecting to build the top of the sales funnel and generate qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to US prospects.
• Research and qualify accounts, identify decision‑makers, and create targeted call lists.
• Engage cold prospects, handle objections in real time, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn until a clear yes or no is obtained.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly call, conversation, and meeting‑booking targets.
• Provide field feedback to refine scripts, messaging, and targeting.

Required profile

• Proven SaaS sales experience with a track record of selling software/subscription products.
• Direct experience selling into the US market and familiarity with US business culture.
• Substantial cold‑calling experience with measurable metrics (dials per day, connect rate, meetings booked).
• Comfort reaching C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
• Clear, confident English with a neutral accent, both spoken and written.
• Resilient attitude toward rejection and ability to maintain high activity levels.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet workspace, good headset, and backup power.
• Availability to work full US Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive or similar).
• Experience with dialers or sales‑engagement tools.
