Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US Outbound

About the role

Trazval is hiring experienced SDRs to sell for a fast-growing US-based AI hiring-tech company. You will cold-call US talent leaders and hiring managers, handle objections and book qualified meetings for the founding team. This is a phone job, working US business hours (evening PKT), with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call US prospects; this is your primary channel
• Follow up on warm and email-engaged leads
• Handle real objections from real decision-makers
• Book qualified meetings and hand them off cleanly
• Work directly with the CSM to sharpen your pitch, cadence and results
• Hit consistent activity targets (dials, cadence completion, meetings booked)

Required profile

• Prior outbound cold-calling experience (not inbound customer service or retail sales)
• Comfortable running 50+ dials per day
• A neutral or American accent that is clear to US prospects
• Committed to US business hours as a long-term schedule
• Preferred: prior SDR or BDR experience at a SaaS or tech-services company, US-market outbound experience, meeting quota track record and strong references from past sales managers

Required skills

• CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
• Sales intelligence: Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly or similar
• Dialer: Withallo, Orum, Aircall, JustCall, Nooks or similar
• At least one qualification framework such as BANT, CHAMP, SPICED or MEDDIC
