Sales Development Representative - Solar

About the role

Huzzle is hiring a full-time, fully remote Sales Development Representative for a B2C solar sales role. You will engage homeowners, generate qualified leads and book consultations for solar energy solutions. The position suits people looking for remote sales work, entry-level SDR roles or those with experience in B2C outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners introducing solar solutions
• Qualify leads based on property details, energy usage and interest level
• Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants/Closers
• Handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and stay up to date on solar industry trends and product offerings

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Telemarketing or B2C Sales; solar experience is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• Preferred: experience in solar, renewable energy or home improvement sales, and a track record of exceeding targets
