Sales Development Representative – US Market (B2B SaaS/Services)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and qualify B2B leads across the United States and Canada. The SDR will work closely with Account Executives to generate qualified meetings and support revenue growth for our SaaS and services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective B2B clients using lead‑generation platforms.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
• Engage business owners, executives and decision‑makers to uncover needs.
• Present solutions, handle objections and nurture prospects.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demos for the closing team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Execute multi‑touch outreach sequences and collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly outreach and pipeline targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation Specialist or B2B Sales Executive targeting the US/Canada market.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates with strong English communication are welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent.
• Proven ability to engage C‑level executives and handle objections.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to achieve aggressive sales targets.
