Sales Development Representative (US Market)

About the role

Veyn is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to own top‑of‑funnel activities for the United States market. You will work from Islamabad while aligning your schedule with US business hours, identifying prospects and securing qualified discovery calls for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Execute 80–120 outbound touches daily via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and target decision‑makers in logistics, healthcare, and banking/enterprise verticals.
• Personalize outreach based on industry pain points.
• Book 15–30 qualified meetings each month with senior buyers such as COOs, Operations Heads, Compliance Leads, and IT Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager for smooth handoffs.
• Test and refine outreach sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Clay.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong research abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English, comfortable engaging a US audience.
• Ability to meet activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs.
