Sales Director

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a self‑motivated and innovative technology sales leader to drive large‑scale consulting and transformation programmes at the enterprise level. The successful candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with a proven ability to generate and close high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets exceeding $3 million.
• Lead B2B sales cycles with C‑level decision makers, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior executives across multiple time zones.
• Identify and pursue consulting and outsourcing opportunities within the technology sector.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present solution‑selling proposals that address client transformation needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience selling consulting or outsourcing services at a leading technology consultancy.
• Demonstrated success closing deals with VPs, senior directors or CXOs.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency and decisiveness.
• Team‑player with unquestionable integrity and credibility.
