Sales Engineer – Construction Solutions

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive business growth for Doka’s formwork and scaffolding solutions across Pakistan, working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals for the Pakistani market.
• Develop new and existing accounts, present and sell products, and conduct needs analysis to deliver value‑based solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records and regular reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through site visits and regular outreach.
• Coordinate with internal teams, manage credit interactions, and provide market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction or a related industry.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle customer issues promptly.
