Sales Engineer – Pakistan (Remote)

About the role

Doka, a global leader in formwork and scaffolding solutions, is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Pakistan. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the country while representing Doka’s innovative construction products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals for the Pakistani market.
• Develop both new and existing accounts to expand sales pipelines.
• Present, promote, and sell Doka’s products and services using clear, value‑based arguments.
• Conduct needs analysis and deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site and office visits.
• Understand key decision‑makers and influencers for each customer.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
• Manage credit interactions to ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and collaborate on plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide management with reports on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Doka products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
