Sales Engineer – Pakistan (Remote)

About the role

Doka, a global leader in formwork and scaffolding solutions, is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Pakistan. This remote position allows you to work from any location in the country while representing Doka’s innovative construction products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare tailored proposals for the Pakistani market.
• Develop both new and existing accounts to expand sales pipelines.
• Present, promote, and sell Doka’s products and services using clear, value‑based arguments.
• Conduct needs analysis and deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, maintaining accurate CRM and reporting records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site and office visits.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Expedite resolution of customer issues and manage credit‑related interactions to ensure timely payment.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and collaborate with management on plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Provide regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Keep up‑to‑date with Doka product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
