Sales Executive – B2B Tech Services

About the role

Atomz Digitals, a Karachi‑based IT and digital services firm, is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to expand its client base across local and national markets. The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing—and nurturing long‑term relationships for recurring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new B2B prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and inbound inquiry follow‑up.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable web, mobile or digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and product demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline activity and report sales metrics to management.
• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and nurture leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or technology services sales (web, mobile, digital marketing).
• Strong outbound and inbound lead generation skills, including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Negotiation and closing abilities with attention to margins and contract terms.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive.
