About the role
Shark Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to join our Lahore team. In this full‑time on‑site position you will help e‑commerce brands optimise their shipping and fulfilment by building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform strategies.
- Create and implement marketing strategies and manage promotions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development and client relationship management.
- Experience creating and executing marketing strategies and managing promotions.
- Strong market research, data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the e‑commerce and logistics sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
