Sales Executive - Client Acquisition and Retention

About the role

Milele Prime is an online broker offering CFDs on forex, metals, commodities, indices, equities and digital assets, based in Dubai. It is growing its sales team and wants people who can turn registered prospects into funded, active clients and keep them engaged. Results are measured by deposits, funded accounts and lots traded, not by activity alone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact assigned leads daily and follow up quickly on new registrations.
• Understand why a registered client has not funded their account and guide them through the deposit process.
• Contact new depositors promptly and help them place their first trade on MetaTrader 5 or the Milele Prime Trading Terminal, or set up Copy Trading.
• Manage a portfolio of funded clients with regular check-ins, reactivation calls and redeposit calls around approved promotions.
• Record every call and lead status in the CRM and send a daily activity report.
• Work with Client Support on payment, platform and account matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in forex, CFDs, digital assets or financial services.
• A record of achieving deposit or revenue targets, shown at interview.
• Excellent spoken English; Urdu, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Swahili or a West African language is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working shifts aligned to client hours in Asia and Africa.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, leverage, lot sizing, margin and stop-loss orders, or the ability to pass the product assessment within 2 weeks of joining.
