Sales Executive - E-commerce Services

About the role

Rise Ecom is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Multan. The Sales Executive identifies and qualifies potential clients, presents the company's services and manages the full sales cycle from first contact to closing, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach by calls, messages and in-person meetings
• Prepare proposals and follow up with leads and existing clients to drive renewals and upsells
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, align client expectations and share feedback on market trends and customer needs

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, able to manage the full sales cycle and meet targets
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken English, active listening and clear presentation
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to manage time and work well in an on-site team
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Required skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay
• Proficiency with office productivity and CRM tools for lead management, activity tracking and reporting
