Sales Executive - ERP & SaaS B2B

About the role

A B2B sales team is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Sales Executive to generate revenue by engaging prospects, presenting solutions and supporting deal closures while building long-term client relationships. The position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, with office hours from 6 pm to 3 am.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations and ERP product demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales or SaaS sales.
• Experience with structured sales pipelines and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with international or overseas clients is preferred.

Required skills

• 1-2 years of experience in ERP, SaaS or B2B software sales.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including clear, confident international English.
• Clear, confident presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
