About the role
The Sales Executive will convert trial users of the Fit health and wellness product into paying members. This is a closing role focused on high‑volume phone and WhatsApp outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Call a high volume of trial users daily, building rapport and guiding them toward membership.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales confidently.
- Log every lead, call, and follow‑up accurately in the tracker.
- Pass real user feedback to the product team.
Required profile
- 0‑3 years of experience or fresh graduate; attitude matters more than years.
- Confident, persuasive speaker comfortable with long, back‑to‑back calls.
- Target‑driven and motivated by hitting and beating numbers.
- Fluent in Urdu and English, able to speak Roman Urdu.
Required skills
- Strong phone communication and persuasion abilities.
- Disciplined follow‑up and CRM/tracker maintenance.
