Sales Executive - HR Tech / SaaS

About the role

Nokhba.AI is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow the adoption of its HR technology SaaS platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on B2B sales, helping organisations improve recruitment and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new SaaS sales opportunities in the HR tech market.
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Deliver product presentations and live SaaS demonstrations.
• Understand client needs, propose suitable solutions and manage the full sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS, B2B or technology sales.
• Strong consultative selling and end‑to‑end sales‑cycle management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Experience in HR or recruitment technology is a plus.
