Sales Executive

About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to manage and grow client relationships within a defined territory. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and driving sales performance through field visits and strategic outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sales account relationships in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to generate potential leads.
• Perform regular field visits to understand customer needs and build rapport.
• Communicate with established leads, prepare reports, and track progress.
• Achieve growth and sales targets while managing KPIs.
• Ensure availability of all brands, packs, and SKUs.
• Convert new accounts and retain existing customers.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
• Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs and assess relationship quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
