Sales Executive

About the role

Trending Technologies Pvt. is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow its customer base by delivering technology‑driven solutions to government, corporate and institutional clients. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, corporate and institutional sectors.
• Present IT hardware, networking and enterprise infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product comparisons and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate order processing and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision‑makers, procurement and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales, procurement, logistics and finance to guarantee seamless order execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, sales forecasts, account plans and activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware, enterprise technology or B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of computers, networking equipment and infrastructure solutions.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals.
• Experience preparing tenders, quotations and detailed sales documentation.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with government and corporate procurement processes.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
