Sales Executive

About the role

Refine Success is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by matching financial, advisory, working‑capital and digital solutions with the needs of individuals, SMEs and corporate clients. The position is fully remote, reporting to the Lahore‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients across individual, SME and corporate segments.
• Present tailored financial and digital service solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast records in internal systems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Coordinate with Lahore‑based and cross‑functional teams while working remotely.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads, conduct discovery discussions and close business.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non‑technical customers.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
