Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Window Solution. You will focus on the US market, turning qualified leads into revenue by understanding client needs and recommending digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients, primarily from the US market.
• Manage qualified and campaign‑generated leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Handle sales calls, follow‑ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline through CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in sales, international sales, or business development.
• Experience dealing with US clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM and lead management tools.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong follow‑up skills.
• Experience selling digital marketing, website development, SEO, advertising, or other digital services is a strong plus.
