Sales Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore District and focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment. The Sales Executive welcomes shoppers, understands their needs, and recommends products that align with brand standards while contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their requirements to provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, both cash and digital, using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain merchandising standards and attractive store displays.
• Organise stock on the sales floor to ensure easy accessibility.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support promotional activities and in‑store campaigns.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep the retail space clean, orderly, and engaging.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent minimum.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in sales and retail operations, including cash and digital transaction handling.
• Basic merchandising and visual display skills.
• Problem‑solving and interpersonal skills for teamwork in a fast‑paced setting.
• Prior experience in fashion or retail sales is preferred; familiarity with textile or home‑fashion products is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
