Sales Executive

About the role

Technosys is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling ERP and software solutions to businesses in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and coordinate product demonstrations with technical teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipelines, and follow‑ups using CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coordinate client onboarding with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, POS, SaaS, or software solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and close sales opportunities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
