Sales Executive - Life Insurance & Financial Protection

About the role

Jubilee Life is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Islamabad. The role centres on identifying prospective customers, presenting life insurance and financial protection products, and guiding clients through the sales and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with individual and corporate clients, understand their needs and prepare proposals
• Follow up to close sales and guide clients through onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales records and achieve assigned targets
• Collaborate with branch and regional teams and take part in marketing or outreach activities
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and uphold the company's values and service standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Clear verbal and written communication with diverse clients
• Basic understanding of insurance, financial products or banking services, with willingness to learn company offerings
• Ability to plan daily activities, manage pipelines and keep accurate records
• Comfortable working on-site in Islamabad, with integrity and professionalism

Required skills

• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
• Adaptability to internal systems and processes
