Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Services

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Cargo Solution Services in the fast‑moving logistics sector. You will act as the front‑line liaison between clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to track activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to improve the customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while protecting company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Dynamic, customer‑centric and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level and confidence using technology tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
