Sales Executive – Outbound & Inbound Calls (Karachi)

About the role

SAFA Worldwide is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its call centre in New Karachi Town. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, engage potential customers, and match them with suitable products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries generated by the company’s proprietary lead system.
• Understand customer needs, collect profile information, and present relevant financial products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with partner firms and internal teams to facilitate smooth introductions and conversions.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working in a fast‑paced call‑centre environment.
• Intermediate/college‑level education; higher education is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with UK business hours and to be present on‑site.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
